Paddle Board Yoga Description:

Your Paddle Board Yoga session begins at a beachfront watersports centre located directly on Barceloneta. After a short introduction to paddle board positioning and safety, you’ll head out onto calm waters with your instructor.

No previous yoga or paddle boarding experience is required. The class is designed for all levels and focuses on balance, strength, flexibility and mindful breathing.

Throughout the session, you’ll move through guided yoga sequences while gently floating on the sea. The natural surroundings, soft waves and open horizon create a calm environment that encourages focus and relaxation.

The experience includes full paddle boarding equipment, instructor guidance, showers, changing rooms and photos from the session. Breakfast is also included, making this a complete and refreshing start to your day.
