On arrival, the Ice Bar team will welcome you and provide warm clothing, including a thermal jacket and gloves, so you can enjoy the experience comfortably. Your ticket includes entry to the ice room and a complimentary drink served in an ice-frosted glass.

Inside, you’ll find a fully frozen space decorated with detailed ice sculptures carved by renowned international sculptors. The entire room — from walls to furniture — is made of ice, creating a striking and immersive atmosphere.

You can stay inside the ice room as long as you like, although most guests find around 45 minutes is ideal before the cold really sets in. Afterward, you can warm up on the heated terrace outside.

Due to the extreme temperatures, drinks are selected specifically for the ice environment. Carbonated drinks and complex cocktails don’t perform well in freezing conditions, so the menu focuses on carefully chosen cocktails that work perfectly in the cold.
